Return process
- Submit a return application: Please provide the order number, product name (SKU number) and reason for return, and attach relevant photos so that we can verify the situation.
- Customer service review: We will review your application within 1 working day and provide a return address and detailed return instructions.
- Return the product: Please use appropriate packaging to protect the product to avoid damage during transportation, and send it back to the designated address by express delivery, and provide the logistics order number.
- Return processing: After receiving the product and confirming that it meets the return requirements, we will arrange a refund or exchange within 7 working days.
Refund policy
- Order cancellation:
- Cancel within 24 hours after the order is paid, and a full refund can be made.
- Cancel before the order is shipped, and a full refund can be made.
- Cancellation applications will not be accepted after the order is shipped.
- Lost goods:
If the logistics company confirms that the package is lost, we will provide a full refund or reissue a new product.
- Return refund:
After the returned goods meet the return requirements, the refund will be returned to your payment account via the original path within 7 working days.
If the goods have obvious signs of use, cosmetic residue, perfume smell, etc., the refund may be rejected.
How can customers get a return label?

- Please do not send the returned goods back to the sender address on the package. This address is not the return processing center and may cause the return to fail.
