  3. Personalized customized products (such as engraving, exclusive customized models) cannot be returned or exchanged unless there are quality problems.
  4. If you apply for a return due to quality problems or wrong delivery, you must provide clear photos as proof.

Return process

  1. Submit a return application: Please provide the order number, product name (SKU number) and reason for return, and attach relevant photos so that we can verify the situation.
  2. Customer service review: We will review your application within 1 working day and provide a return address and detailed return instructions.
  3. Return the product: Please use appropriate packaging to protect the product to avoid damage during transportation, and send it back to the designated address by express delivery, and provide the logistics order number.
  4. Return processing: After receiving the product and confirming that it meets the return requirements, we will arrange a refund or exchange within 7 working days.

Refund policy

  1. Order cancellation:
  • Cancel within 24 hours after the order is paid, and a full refund can be made.
  • Cancel before the order is shipped, and a full refund can be made.
  • Cancellation applications will not be accepted after the order is shipped.
  1. Lost goods:

If the logistics company confirms that the package is lost, we will provide a full refund or reissue a new product.

  1. Return refund:

After the returned goods meet the return requirements, the refund will be returned to your payment account via the original path within 7 working days.

If the goods have obvious signs of use, cosmetic residue, perfume smell, etc., the refund may be rejected.

How can customers get a return label?

  1. Return due to product quality issues (damaged goods, wrong goods, etc.): We will provide a prepaid return shipping label and the return shipping fee will be borne by us.
  2. Return for personal reasons (such as personal preferences, wrong purchases, etc.): Customers need to pay the return shipping fee and choose the appropriate courier company.

Important statement

  1. Please do not send the returned goods back to the sender address on the package. This address is not the return processing center and may cause the return to fail.
  2. Please make sure that the goods have not been used and keep the original packaging intact, otherwise it may affect the refund processing.
  3. Personalized customized products cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a quality problem.
  4. If the delivery is delayed due to logistics problems, we cannot provide a refund, but we can assist you in communicating with the logistics company.
